Simon was admitted in Hong Kong in 1997 & has practised in conveyancing for more than two decades. Simon focuses on real estate transactions, tender documents, real estate financing, mortgages/legal charges, related company secretarial documents and all other related legal matters. Simon also has experience in landlord & tenant work, wills and probate.
