Ms. Lucile Au has over 40 years’ experience in property, corporate and commercial transactions and disputes including acquisition and disposal of real estate property and property-holding vehicles; property finance such as loan and security documents, residential, commercial and corporate mortgages; tenancies etc.

 

In the course of her wide-ranging property, corporate, commercial and dispute resolution work, she advises and represents property developers, corporate landlords, owners incorporations, joint-venture partners, listed companies, banks and financial institutions.

 

She also advises a number of charitable and not-for-profit organizations and represents them in their specialized interest, including dealings with Government and legislation review.

 

She is qualified to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales, Australia (New South Wales and Victoria) and Singapore.
