Berlina’s practice mainly focuses on civil litigation and dispute resolution involving with particular focus on commercial and company law, family law, intellectual property law, land and property law, probate law, tort law and employment law.

She has also handled numerous commercial matters including all aspects of joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, drafting and advising on commercial agreements, corporate restructuring, as well as various non-contentious intellectual property and wills and probate cases. She was qualified as a solicitor in 2017.

Berlina is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
