Ms. Au Miu Po has over 40 years’ experience in many aspects of civil litigation, administrative action, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution and advises on a wide range of contractual, tort, family and insolvency matters including disputes in the areas of banking, divorce, trusts, contentious probate, intellectual property, property-related and other debt recovery, insurance, directors’ duties, minority shareholders’ rights.

In the course of her extensive banking and debt recovery work, she advises and acts for a number of local and international banks and other financial institutions.

She is qualified to practise in Hong Kong, England & Wales and Singapore as a solicitor and in Hong Kong as a Notary Public and Civil Celebrant. She is also currently the Chairman of the Standards and Development Committee of the Hong Kong Society of Notaries; a member of the Examination Committee of the Hong Kong Society of Notaries; and a member of the Probate Committee of the Law Society.
